just done two weeks now,  and horse definitely looking happier.    Was scoped last year with grade 2 ulcers and around pyloric,  horse was a chronic after dinner windsucker,  but that had almost completely stopped when changed his feed last year (must be ultra sensitive to sugar / starch,  as even half an apple will have him looking for the fence to windsuck).  Couldn't afford UK vet prices of treatment,  and these have been a godsend,   only used the sucralfrate for a week,  as don't think hindgut is an issue,  but carrying on with omeprazole for full 28 days and then wean off hopefully !.   Anyway so far so good,  hopefully get to ride this weekend to see if any more forward going and agreeable !!
